  I have always had a good experience at Pandora, Westville, Pavillion. Sadly today was not good. I have spent thousands at this shop and earlier this year bought some charms along with a rope bracelet. As I have a solid bracelet and had not had time to interchange them, I decided whilst I am on leave it would be a good time to do so. Unfortunately the bracelet is too small when you add the charms. Armed with the slip and bracelet which noticeably has never been worn I thought they would exchange it for one a little bigger. No chance, they did not even ask to see it, weren't interested in listening or helping. I did not want a refund or to exchange for something else, I just wanted one that fits me. They were quite happy for me to spend my Christmas gift voucher but as far as helping me solve my problem, they were not interested. Sad state of affairs. Very disappointing.
