Purchased Choc Cake Loaves..the cake had a big piece of stick in it which was very sharp and the cake tasted very bitter i called pan bake to complain about the purchased the owner said to me he will send me feed back he never get back to me It's going over a week now and he never call me or give me feed back im sending him messages he's reading it no responds very bad service and he been the owner he dunno how to give service to a customer and this is such a service matter

Purchased a pack of 6 Portuguese Rolls at Knowles Spar today 24 -04-2015
Baked by Panbake.
To call them Portuguese Rolls is very misleading, they taste as if they were made with cake flour !
To camouflage them with flour does not make them Portuguese Rolls! Has the Baker ever been to Mozambique? I have and therefore feel that I can tell that there is a vast difference between your Rolls and those baked in Mozambique.
I feel very strongly about this as I have yet to find a decent Portuguese Roll anywhere outside Mozambique.
The closest was Lady Bake at Sandy's Centre Pinetown.
My rating therefore is Nil.
