  We always buy their fresh chickens which are superb. I do admit though they have a control problem on their fresh produce as well as cheeses etc. Managers need to step up in and take this matter in hand as old vegies or expired goods are not inviting us back.

  Very reasonable pricing across the board, great butchery, good specials every week damned pleasant staff; good shopping experience but parking can be a bit of a problem if you expect to limit your walk from the car to 20metres. There is plenty of parking around!

  Worse service I ever came across. 10.15 and only one till open then the manager Kent don't see that as a problem and don't know why the people are upset. Will not see me there again

  I stay in New Germany, but every Friday and Saturday I'm attending ukzn in Pietermaritzburg, I make sure that I must pass Oxford to buy myself scones and fresh and cheap meat.The staff is so helpful and treat their customers with respect.I remember one day I dropped my eggs by mistake, on of the staff came running she picked up the eggs and changed them.I will use Oxford fo the rest of my life

  I love oxford but the cashiers need help. One cleaned her teeth with plastic whilst handling my food and today one spat a piece of plastic or something on the floor. Not sure if there was a bin involved.
