Best place to chill out with familyexcellent fishing as well

The owner is completely rude and had no way of addressing customers . We visited for the first time today and will never go back . We mistakenly braai'd on the floor not knowing we had to have a stand for the braai, she said we should have used the designated braai areas but all of which was in the sun. She came pass and spoke so rudely to us yet we apologised and said it was our first time but she continued to speak to us as if we were beneath her understanding, she waited whilst my dad picked up a hot braai to put on a dirt bin until she left . That was our first 15 minutes there, ruined the entire mood for the day .
We never felt welcomed and I wouldn't recommend this "resort"response / report this review -
