  No service when you phone ; receptionist answers after ling time ringing and then transfers your call and get no answer at service dept ; after numerous attempts I got through to manager Vic who was helpful

  My son was travelling from Pta to Cpt, In Bloem the warning lights came on. The Toyota workshop quickly identified the problem and replaced the fuse. Great service

  Hubby and I were on our way to Gordons Bay and had a breakdown an hour past Bloem. We made our way back and called the guys to come out. They were so friendly and professional and we didn't break the bank. Thanks for coming out on a public holiday and for your compassion. Julle 's amazing!

  Oranje Toyota is the only Toyota dealer in Bloemfontein and part of large national group. Since they have a monopoly and the Toyota brand sells itself, their sales staff lacks the basics of being a customer centric and solution orientated team. For this reason many locals buy their vehicles from outside Bloemfontein. The service department is doing quite well and meet expectations most of the time, allthough services are very expensive.
