Very bad service . Not at all enough food. I am going to Halloween Peter. No air-conditioning. Was sooooo hot!!! Never recommend it to any of our friends and family .

Very unprofessional and not up to standard! The coordinator was so rude she yeld at me telling me if i want to be so critique i must go to a venue and pay R700 a head. Someone who was with her used disgusting language towards me telling me to "f@ckoff" I told her I'm also a manager at a venue and this is not acceptable, and this is no way to talk to clients (thats when the guy talked to me like that) this went on for 2 days I recorded our last conversation, i kept on telling her im not there to argue and that im sorry if i did something wrong!! IM THE CLIENT!!!! And still she kept on coming at me. This venues staff is so unhelpful. She told the ladies working there (its on the recording ) they will not do anything i ask them to. She told me "well since you're a manager, I will go sit in the guest house and you can go on here" she didn't do anything anyway. the food was horrible just no. absolutely no (there happend a lot more)a tip from one service provider to another if your client pays R50 or R1500 you still treat them with the same respect and you give them the best service ever.

BAD, BAD BAD, service. No ccustomer services! NO commitments as agreed. Owner is the most horrible insensitive and unprofessional person I have ever met. VERY POOR SERVICES! DON'T TRUST HIM. HE LIES ALOT. MAY THE CURSE FALL UPON HIS FINANCIAL STATUS AND ON HIS BUSINESS FOR ROBBING THE PUBLIC WHO SUPPORTED HIM!!!!! Please stay AWAY From this venue!!!!!

I cannot rate this venue as we had to cancel. We were told that a R5 000 Deposit was needed to secure a date for our venue. After paying R20 000 the engagement was broken off and we cancelled the date 6 months in advance, this was about 4 weeks after setting the date. We were told that NO MONIES will be paid back as they have lost "business" which I do not believe for one moment. We understand that the R5000 deposit was non refundable, but come on, R15 000 taken from a broken hearted girl, that is NOT on
