The staff are very friendly and helpful. We had to move after night one due to our lights and geyser failing during the early morning hours and no technicians being available. The first room was modern and well equipped, the new room was bigger which was ideal for the little one with a seperate bedroom. Both rooms had fantastic views. Their are two restaurants in the building, one a popular seafood chain, the other part of the hotel. Parking is in a parking garage in the basement, safe and secure. Wifi prices are reasonable although foreigners will find it expensive as most hotels abroad offer free wifi.

The beach is literally a stones throw from the hotel, just cross the street

Dirty old and outdated. Give this one a miss. You are better off sleeping at a back packers or in your car. Mouldy bathroom and window sills. It's really a pathetic hotel.

Ok overall experience at the hotel. It's old and in need of a makeover. Rooms have old finishing and fittings. The breakfast is very standard and unspectacular. The chefs don't really cater for special requests, and mainly serve up exactly what's on the menu. Our group seriously considered getting breakfast elsewhere. Coffee is good through. It's an ok place to stay on the Strand. Excellent access to the beach for the morning run. Good reasonably priced Thai massage service at the hotel. I've had a table and chairs in my patio area, however, my friends didn't.

Best location with view over the ocean towards Gordon'sbay. People are helpful and friendly. Rooms neat and linen fresh. Enjoyed our stay at: One Fine Stay. They have the 2nd floor of the hotel.

We had breakfast at the restaurant and the food was horrible. The fresh fruit was overripe, my eggs benedict was not served on a english muffin, but on a regular slice of brown bread that was cut in a circle. We are never going back.

Nice fish and veges.
The Sweet potato side was undercooked to start with, and disappointing even after it had been cooked more.

Wonderful location. Helpful and friendly staff, clean and functional rooms. Oh, and lovely crisp white linen. The Ocean Basket restaurant is conveniently situated, downstairs.

Exceptional hotel with a great conferencing centre. Foods good and not too pricey. Great views over Harbour island and GBay coastline. Boardering restaurant s though give additional dining options

Beautiful view and location but was disappointed at how the owners of such a awesome location has let it deteriorate to such a bad level.

Our main bedroom had NO lights working. Shower is so small that you dare not drop your soap. No aircondition. Bedding was clean and the rest of the flat was also clean. Fittings was old and deteriated. Plug next to bed was not working.

We did pay avarage price for an under delivered sleep over. When we tried to bring it under the attention of the frontdesk that we had some issues with no lights working or plug point dead was the response OK. We handed 2 rooms keys. He did not even ask which room.

And to top it all of was our stay deducted twice. Origanally were we charged when we made the booking and 2 days after our stay were we charged again.

Goodness in today's service level is this not acceptable!

I love the fact that the old man at the reception insisted we see the rooms first and he actually offered an upgrade for one the rooms which had a nice sitting area and a balcony. Fantastic!
At the hotel they have an ocean basket restaurant which is amazing!
