I bought some HKS coilovers from NXGEN and Craig got the delivery sorted without a problem. A few years later I wanted another HKS product, for which NXGEN is the agent, and Craig just ignores all of my requests. I think I've sent 4 emails now, and he's just not interested. I wish there was another agent in the country, but I'm stuck with just being ignored now. Seems typical South African customer service these days.

Great shop, they build the fastest cars in SA as well as work on some truly incredible cars. Visit them yourself and you will certainly be impressed.

It was my 1st time here. Took my car for a dyno tune. The work is cool. However I think that they don't have enough time to chat to their customers.

Arrived at 7 had a booking and by 11 was still waiting to be attended to.Not a good experience at all would rather go to rob green thanks.Actually took it to preshan at cpi performance and i am glad i did what great service.
