  Used to hate this cinema because of the unbalanced sound system. I'm just really glad that's been fixed.

  They never answer their landline phones. Movies also advertised on tv does not show at Loch Logan, like Annabelle. Why though?

  Qeues for tickets are ridicolously slow and long at peak times! One oftens risks missing the movie!

  It doesn't matter where you watch a movie. The experience is always awesome in 3D Where's the 4DMax though?

  Had the Best experience ever!!! Yesterday,Fast8 was superb and the cinema service of course but..refreshments line gets insane before the movie start.
  
  I suggest people should buy refreshments when purchasing tickets so that when their movie is about to start they just show up their slips and get their snacks not the choose and buy thing when the movie has already started we miss parts please guys.

  Entered the cinema and it had not been cleaned from the previous movie. Had to move old popcorn and sweet boxes off my chair to sit.

  Only one person working at the till at the busiest time of the day. Horrible service. This caused us to miss most of the movie. The electronic kiosk does not register the movie voucher either.
