Great movies still at decent prices provided that you make sure to use one of their many discount options. Only issue is that at the ones I've been to, the snacks aren't listed separately and only by certain combos so that's what you go for when instead it might be more cost effective to buy things separately if you're picky.

Amazing amazing. Went to see the 4d spider man. So incredible. Very clean and definitely an experience I would suggest. Seats are very comfortable sound was amazing staff was friendly.

Nu Metro Emperors Palace is excellent. Great staff. Theaters are always clean. Has one huge theatre when there is a famous movie showing. Has a VIP theatre where you can order food, alcohol, snacks and drinks inside while watching and chilling on lazy boy couches. The 4DX experience is also amazing and the best I've experienced. The only downside is the theatre does not have its own rest room and therefore have to run out and use the casino's which isnt too far either.

We were in cine 1, the sound was good, place was clean and seats were really amazing. They however need to work on the bleed through on the polarisation. It is very irritating seeing the other eyes image in the wrong eye.

They have 4dx and scene vip. Ie the overpriced way of watching a simple movie

Very disappointed 😠 with Nu metro call center. I did explain myself very clear that I want to book 4DX it was early in the morning around 10 o'clock for 19h45 movie. What a dissappointment got there she booked normal 3D movie. I asked to changed the 4DX was fully booked which makes sense it was late. Drived all they way for dissappointment. What a poor service

So this would be my first time at this Nu Metro, and I am very disappointed. Firstly there were no popcorn spices available, after asking several times it finally pitched.

There was no one at the door to check our tickets, as for the person to come into theatre 20 min later asking us for our tickets.

The movie did not start at all, and we were told to watch another movie.

The staff were lazy and had to ask 3 times before anything happened.

Emperors Palace Nu Metro will not see me again.

Went there last evening, the equipment did not work properly. Explained this to the "manager", adding the disappointment thereof. I was told that the technitions would investigate today and feedback would follow. Still no feedback, I guess the phones are out of order too.

Cinema is very clean and neat. It is very expensive as is the case with all other cinemas. Not worth it to go watch a movie these days.

The cinema was absolutely gorgeous and the couch-like chairs are out of this world. Was terribly disappointed that they no longer serve Slush Puppies though and what ever iced drink they have replaced them with is disgusting. Other than that, it's really great.

Love the main movie house. Nice and big, comfy seating. Do wish however that not all the new movies come out in 3D. Have a 2D option next time.

Really great place to watch a movie. Absolutely love the big cinema! The fancy, red leather seats are super comfy and the whole design of the cinema area is very modern and inviting. It's just unfortunate that the bathrooms are such a far walk away, especially from the main cinema. Also where you get your popcorn and drinks from - it's a bit out of place in terms of how far they're placed from the cinemas. Nevertheless, I've always had a great time while there.
