From Graaff-Reinet travelling from 04:30 for service. Informed service desk that I am from out of town and waiting in customer lounge since 07:45. Only received vehicle just before 15:00. Waiting the entire day in lounge and still had to travel 290km back. Vehicles that came in after mine was finished much earlier. Not happy at all.

Can only comment on the service centre, not the sales. The service centre is way under par when compared to Ford which is my only reference point. They always seem really rushed and under pressure and don't always keep you in the loop.
