Although i had issues to start with. I want to thank Yolandi, Simon and David for the great service. Took my wife's vehicle in this morning to redo some of the paint that is flaking and remove rust. (The vehicle is only 18 months old and still under warrenty). The appointment date was given to me last year after I took the vehicle in with the complaints. My wife was also promised a courtesy car. Needless to say, no courtesy car, no appointment, no service, no body shop open and no person accepting responsibility for the cock up. Waiting for Toyota to confirm new appointment.
