Food was OK, but the manager vilified the staff in front of clients. She communicated to the in a very disrespectful manner. It made the experience unpleasant.

Surprisingly , takes extremely long to be served, especially if you show a little early than they expect. Don't offer a complementary drink whilst you waiting more than half hour!!!! I could actually count the number of pieces of chicken in the chicken salad. I think am not sure if this was because we were students of CTU and not the ones paying them????

On 25-03_2017 i orderd the traditional breakfast I found long brown hair in the food before i even ate it Even worse, the waiter came and confirm it was hair, the manager lady that was on duty came and she was rude about it and said its not their hair as the staff all has short hair like me🤔🤔 I left the plate untouched becouse of her rudeness and lack of customer service made me pay for the meal amd i drink which they never broght to the table.it was my first experiance at the menlyns news cafe amd my worst ever🙁🙁🙁.

Nice place, the food was amazing and it goes without saying that their wide selection of cocktails and mock tails is always a great pleaser. Very specious with many kinds of seating configurations and options.
