Professional and competent doctors,
Caring and proactive nurses, who engage their patients with empathy.
Empathic therapists, with the necessary insights and strength of character.
Solid and well tended infrastructure. Spacious, airy, inviting.
I suppose some more care could be taken in keeping hygiene standards, but then this is one of the basic weak spots in every clinic.
Another classical weakness is communication of medical details to family and affiliated, but again, this is a two way road.
As in every clinic, some nurses are *always* there, tending to the patients and trying their level best to ensure comfort and security, while for others, being a nurse is just a job and they might as well be tending shelves at Woolworths. Harsh, but true.
