  Slow service, but considering that the chicken is prepared the moment u order it, it's not really that bad.. But compared to its competitors I would say it's slow Waiting are not really inviting (worn out furniture) but the sit in location is OK..

  Terrible Service.
  We waited for 45mins for a full Chicken and Chips. Which came burnt and was mixed up with other people’s orders. We had to return the chicken TWICE and asked for them to complete our order, as it came in bits and pieces.
  
  There was no sense of urgency for any of the employees to serve the customers. And all the prepared food was just piling up while more than 7 people were waiting for their food.
  
  When we got home we realized that the chicken was the wrong flavor.
  
  Please do something about this.
