Decent accommodation if you're en route and need to spend a night or two. Needs a little upgrading though. Rooms are comfortable.

Got woken up at 12 o'clock by the receptionist asking for money, banging on the door and threatening us. He went to fetch the keys and actually tried to unlock the door while we are holding the door shut. They climbed over the balcony and the door couldn't lock. We could hear them sniffing drugs outside the door while saying things like "you girls are making me angry, i don't want to break down the door". It was crazy. They kept demanding money from us. Phoned the police and they said that they know bergwater is unsafe. Infront of the police my friend tried to take a photo of the drug residue on the table and the receptionist grabbed the phone and deleted the photo IN FRONT OF THE POLICE.

Ur service is very poor. Room 21 smellls wild n the receptionist have bad responsibility
