This branch often gets very busy and crowded due to its location in one of the biggest rest stops. However, in my experience, the food has always been up to the expected Nando's standard and service has been quick.

It's convenient for travelers as there are restaurants and rest room. You can have coffee and muffins or a quick snack

Terrible nandos to go to. The service is shocking and the food takes extremely long to make. They are under staffed which is causing the business to have poor service.

Used to love this Nando's and it definitely used to be the best Nando's I've ever been to, but now it's degraded, the service is slow. I got burnt wings last week and wrong order of chicken. Not to mention the speed of service was abysmal, I waited over 20 minutes for order.

Great restaurant and front of house staff upselling from the menu, but unfortunately tables not being cleared for more than 10 minutes while seated. Understandably it is busy but staff constantly passing tables without clearing.
