I attempted ordering Nandos for delivery however 10mins later I was still hoping someone would answer the phone. Not the first time this is happening either. Please get your takeaway service right. It is appalling.

There is parking behind nandos, which I tremendously helpful when Florida road has no parking. The food is great, eventhough I find the portions smaller and the price higher than before. I find it quite silly how the price of a whole chicken is more expensive than two half chicken portions ?

Sometimes, it's like they don't want to make the meat. Some days the meat is done really well. The parking and the waiting is bad.

The telephonic queuing system is shockingly bad. At the start of the call, the estimated hold time was 30 seconds until the next available operator, it decreased to 10 seconds. Then back up to 50 seconds, then increase again to 2 min. After waiting 10 min on the call, the estimated hold time was 8 min. I decided to experiment so I decided to call, whilst still holding, from another phone. The start of that call had an estimated hold time of 30 seconds, then decreased to 10 seconds. Then back to 50 Hmmm, either Nandos is making money off the calls or there is a serious fault in their telephonic queuing system

Absolutely shocking service. 30 minutes on hold only for a driver to tell me deliveries closed a few minutes before I eventually got through. When I asked him what was going on with their phones he said nothing he was aware of Absolutely pathetic doubt I'll ever try order there again.
