Terrible! Just moved to Bergbron and placed an order, got told to expect my food in 30-40 mins.over an hour later we finally get our cold food. Simply unnaceptable for a Nandos just 3km from my place!!!!!! The incompetence is simply staggering! If they had been honest and told me that they can't actually deliver because they are too busy i Would have come in to the actual Nandos or ordered elsewhere! Utterly useless!!

Very poor service, very disappointed. Called them at 7 to place an order, waited an hour then was called to ask if I still want the order delivered to which I replied yes please because we had been waiting for it, was told it our delivery would arrive 20 minutes later, about 40 minutes later I called to find out if the food was still going to be delivered, was told the food was on its way and the delivery guys should be here any moment. Called back about 15 minutes thereafter to inform them not to deliver the food as we were now going out to get food, only to find that they were closed.

This is probably the only Nandos that refuses to answer it's telephone and take a telephonic order. An absolute lack of consideration to the consumer when such blatant disrespect is shown. This has happened on more than one occasion and seems to be the consensus in this area. "Never try calling them"
