4 times I was there after the "upgrade". Not once did they have what I wanted. The last time I asked for something:" sorry , we dont have." I said: " OK, give me that instead." Again :"Sorry , we dont have."
I then asked what do they have so I can try that. Should have just driven off , but I was already waiting like 15min in the drive through.response / report this review -

Always loved this kfc my last two experiences have been horrible orders wrong and not up to the specifications it used to be. We usually travel 25 km to this kfc but no more. Utterly disappointed your service levels dropped like crazy and it's not worth traveling to you for speedy service and great food. From A life time supporter

No sauce for chicken strips, and not willing to give some of the burger's or any other sauce as replacement. No ice cream either, and nothing to indicate this when entering the queue.

Quite a good branch. The parking can be a bit tight in peak times, but one can always park in the mall parking. Never had a problem with the food here.
