With my car service I had to engage with a few staff members, all were helpful, friendly and I were happy with the service I got, they phoned to clear additional work and advised me on items which needs to be replace in the future.

Would not recommend this place to any one. Reasons -
1) You show up at 7h00 AM as instructed via SMS and wait an hour for them to pitch up for work.
2) They do not leave your old parts in your vehicle as proof of changing additional filters like every other car dealers does.
3) They do not adjust your hand break lever yet again like every other dealer has done previously as a standard service, but they do stretch it further for you pulling it up as high as possible. Went from 2 clicks to 4. Personal dislike
Note that service was booked a month in advance and was done over the weekend.
Only good thing was price. R1700 for 45000 km service with polly filter changed, did they I don't know because they don't leave old parts in your vehicle

My suggestion? Please keep the foreman/workshop staff away from the admin side of thingsi have a maintenance plan and when i got there i was given the run around by the workshop foremaninstead of him assisting me in contacting my policy holders (unitrans) i had to use my own phone etcbut thnx to the workshop admin lady Lorna who made the process faster

I have struggling now since Friday to get parts for my vw. They said they will phone me on monday and now it is Wednesday. Phoned in twice for spare parts to phone me but no one comes back.
