This branch has deteriorated quite a bit in the past few months so I wish they would make an effort again.

Staff and service are okay for me - but the big issue is stock and floor cleanliness. Some products are way past the expiry date but they are still on the shelves or in the fridges I check anything I buy very carefully to make sure it is not expired. Especially the products in the fridges or shelves - because their fresh/baked goods are normally fine.

Another issue is that they are small so they don't have a lot of the products/stock you find for things at other PnP branches. I don't mind that but I wish the management would make more of an effort to keep the shop clean and freshly stocked.

But otherwise, I find them okay for a quick shop and I've never waited too long in the queues, even when they are really busy.

It is so sad that my local pnp makes my blood boil everytime i go. Stocktaking is non existant, most of the staff couldn't care less and seem to come from a different planet. Tills are completely undermaned, quees to the fridges is more the rule than the exeption, buying electricity is why i go and now even that doesn't work properly. 2 parking spots in the front almost always has a cone even if no deliveries are planned. Uncoordinated mess. We all go because its close. If the deli would stock basic toiletries and cheaper wine 😂😂this pnp would be out of business in months. Finding someone to help with biltong is not worth it, snd getting fresh bread stuff is a complete waste of time. Its like asking a 2 year old something a little tough The blank stare is often laughable.not!!!

I think I need to take a video when I come again to the store! This is a convenient place for me to shop. But the staff don't care! hygiene is at a low and staff are rude and the store managers are just as bad! The security gaurds are not helping if they are shopping around for bargins when things go on reduce price or talking with the cashier while cutomers wait! Some top Brass needs to step in and pull it right. I only blame management. GET IT RIGHT GUY'S

The shop is a normal PnP local according to what they sell but damn the staff either needs a raise or a reason to work there because they don't care at all about the customers. One if the worst customers experience I have had at this shop and more than once. If I must get a heart-attack while standing in front of the queue then Im sure the cashier will just look at me in disgust and say "next customer"

Not really a true pick and pay store .. Stuff very scattered.people at the tills are chatting to one another no eye contact . I would call them rude

After a few bad experiences in the past, we went with an open mind to this shop today, only to be very disappointed and frustrated again. Unfriendly staff. Butternut not sold separately. Out of stock of many products. Only 1 till open (causing a long queue).

Don't be fooled by its convenient location. Rather drive the extra mile and save yourself an early heart attack.

This Pick n Pay is ok. If you need to quickly grab something common you should be able to find it here. But the staff are unwelcoming and talk at the top of their lungs to one another while working. They really need new staff.

Not the best PnP store you'll ever visit. Parking can be an issue as well as queuing. The drinks fridge is often understocked and finding someone to serve at the dry meat counter can be a chore.

Nice quaint super market has all the things you need.
