Waited an hour for my food on Saturday. When i asked i was told they are starting on it now. I know it was busy but a hour for an omelette and sandwich not acceptable. Previously my mom waited 45 min for a sandwich on a quiet afternoon which came out wrong. Clearly their kitchen need help and good manager will do wonders. Unfortunately i wont ever go to brooklyn Mug and Bean.

Had a good experience until this afternoon, made to wait for service for over five minutes in an relatively empty restaurant. Went across and within five minutes I was having a warm meal.

I'm not one to write reviews but mugg & bean Brooklyn deserved an exception. Their service was so horrible, I wouldn't go there even if I was paid to. It's a pity I can't give them any less than one star.

Breakfast was oily. Had to ask an unfriendly waitress to bring napkins to soak up the oil on the plate.

This restaurant was special because of its pancakes, which now no longer includes savoury options. You killed a family tradition for us.

Would not suggest this Mugg and Bean. Staff were not very keen on helping or happy helping me with a take away Chai Tea. I had to ask them if they can help me. After a few minutes I asked another waiter but she was also not keen on helping me. Think they should rethink their approach on serving people cause I would not be using this place very soon.

I have based my rating on only one visit to the particular Mugg & Bean. My friend arrived early and ordered a coffee. When I arrived she had received her coffee. The waiter did not come to ask what I would like to have. Finally after a couple of minutes I asked another waiter to help me to order. We were at the restaurant over an hour and our waiter never came round to ask us if we wanted to order another drink or to check up on us.

Terrible always have to wait for more than 45 minutes for just basic meals nothing big or fancy. it's annoying actually I'm sitting here and i had thought they improved only to find out that we still on the feeding scheme time frame..so long to get your order like by the time I get my order i will be extinct like the dinosaurs ohh finally just got my ordera..not even an apology lol thanks never again.
