Made an appointment for 09h00 for a job I was told would take 3.5 hours. Got there and was told they would need my vehicle for the whole day. No offer of transport. Couldn't leave my vehicle for the whole day, because what would I do there for the whole day? The trip cost me R50 in fuel, and will never use them again.
