Hands down my favorite coffee shop. With delicious friendly and fast service you can't go wrong with a coffee from here. The food is also really great if you looking for a quick bite to eat or an on the run snack. They also offer healthy options and swop out different types of milk depending on your preference at no extra charge.

Still good coffee. The staff here make the most noise I have ever heard. I was not able to even speak to my wife it was so loud. We asked them to stop shouting a d they just laughed in our face and said this it what we do. From an avid supporter I will now go elsewhere. Remember what happened to Evide the noise shut them down.

Good Coffee. Venue is small although not crowded. Semi-self service as you need to collect your food and coffee orders as there is no waiting staff.

Cool spot to have a bit of coffee and maybe do some work and/or read. Great vibe. Chilled baristas. Try the peanut butter cup if you love peanut butter.

This isn't the best Motherland I've been to. That honour is held by the one in Rosebank. Coffee etc. is very good, but this branch is noisy for some reason and doesn't feel as relaxing and welcoming as it should.

My favourite place to get coffee and lunch! I recommend the chicken and mayo toastie, another good one is the chicken, pesto and feta wrap The blended ice latte is my favourite

I always enjoy a cup of coffee here even though it is a bit more of a drive than their store in Parktown North. That store just can't seem to get an order right - they use the wrong beans than the ones you requested, or make you a Latte instead of a Breve. Strange as the owner of this store is the same as Dunkeld but the quality control is not nearly as good. Anyway, back to Dunkeld, good coffee, good atmosphere, and regularly get your order right!

They serve a few good African blends. However like their Rosebank shop they sometimes brew the coffee too hot making it a bit too bitter. Even then it's still better than most of the coffee in Johannesburg.
