Lovely, but difficult to find and the service you get is dependent on who you are. So if you're important, rich or Indian you'll have the best service. 😉

The service department staff and service department management are slow and inattentive. Spare parts are very expensive and labour rates are exorbitant.

Recently serviced my Triton here. The staff are friendly and try really hard, but they just take on too many jobs in a day. They had only just started servicing my car when they sent the driver to pick me up at 15:00. So I had to sit and wait for 2 hours while they finished the basic oil, oil filter, and sump washer change. They didn't have time to get to the additional stuff i asked them to look at. I was looking to buy the new triton but if this is the service I can expect, I'm not interested.

One of those large anonymous car dealer work shop, where the right hand does not really know, what the left hand is doing and nobody really cares about. Sometimes long waits till you get an appointment. Work is average. People not motivated. When I picked up my car, there was big ATF-lake under the freshly service car driving of in front of mine

Waiting since 25 April 2016 for a labour and parts quote for a repair, received parts quote, still waiting on labour quote with 2 further email follow up requests with no avail, I hope the Manager will address this!!!!!!!!!!!!
