have been trying to book accommodation for 2 weeks. Nobody returned my email or contacted me. When i phoned i was told they were not in the office for 2 weeks, when i said they should of put an out of office on stating they were not available as apposed to clients thinking they are being ignored. I was then very rudely told "oh, well in that case we have no accommodation for you" and then proceeded to put the phone down.Throwing business away, and having a despicable attitude towards clients is disgracful. Thank you for your shocking service, i now do not have to waste my time considering your venue as a potential venue for my wedding! i have worked in hospitality for 15 years, and the way in which you respond to your clients is unbelievable, and an embarrassment to the hospitality industry! you should be ashamed.
