Very long queues for both ticket purchase and refreshments - therefore long standing time. Ensure pre-booking. Otherwise very friendly staff, always willing to assist.

Best movie experience. Mostly i am just there for the sweet chilli pop corn spice and their amazing combos. Oh and the movie

Pros: ticket prices and snack prices are far cheaper than nu metro or sterkinekor. Sound is good quality and cinema is clean and comfortable.
Cons: Long queues at ticket and snack counters. Limited number of cashiers and only two self service kiosks which fo not accept card payments. You have to book online and can only print your tickets via the self service kiosks, do essentially just a printing service but only item i had an issue with. Overall, reasonably price and is recommended.

Great way to entertain kids. Helpful friendly staff. Loads of treats and drinks but it's expensive. Would be nice to see collectible products and gift cards or vouchers. Nicely sized cinemas and comfortable seats. Booster cushions for kids and 3D glasses available. Would be nice to have a VIP cinema or 4D experience. Clean well kept toilets in the cinema area. Plenty of parking. Parking and entrance wheel chair accessible

Relatively good selection of movies. Tickets are quite pricey thought at R60 for a normal 2D movie. Also, the cinemas are ageing and could really do with a revamp.

John Dorys is the best. Even at thirteen, the dodgem cars are still real ally fun. And of course as a youngster, Sweets from Heaven!

    Thank you.

You have to pay to pay for something. Even if it's R1.50, it's not fair. And they call it a convenience fee. When I phoned, they told me that the competition also does so, but I go to Nu Metro and this is what I see:
I have complained about to their management

Booking online is a major plus. The greatest disadvantage is that the times do not vary from day to day meaning that if a movie that you want to see is at a bad time for you it will be at that time for the whole week.

Not bad as movie houses go. It's not like we have a choice in PMB.

This was the first time I took my little boy to a movie so I was a little worried. The staff were very friendly and assisted me to ensure that his first movie experience would be a good one.

Wide variety of films. Good flow of queues etc. However the sound needs vast improvement. For dual track performances eg. Musicals he vocals are very bad, and found leak from other cinemas is often an issue.
