Not the best. Staff were friendly and tried to rectify mistakes, but there are just too many careless errors - empty condiment bottles, served ribs without a finger bowl or refresher towels, wrong price on bill - all rectified but all mistakes that should not have happened.

SCAM ALERT!!!

Be very careful when paying your bill!

The waiting staff at this particular establishment are running a scam where where they will take your card, swipe it then tell you their card machine is offline and you need to pay cash.

Upon leaving the restaurant after paying cash I received a notification from my bank a while later, saying the card payment was actually successful.

I have returned to the restaurant on multiple occasions just to be told the manager is not available and to come back another time, leading me to believe management is also in on the scam.

This is a warning but likely won't reach many, I will be going to the media with this.

A good place to dine out with the family. Place is clean. Service is efficient. Food is well prepared. Take an after dinner walk on the adjacent umhlanga beach promenade to complete the evening.

Service is a little slow when they are busy, which is understandable, however a well priced meal if you with kids. Coffee is not great here or at spur in general.

Typical Spur. Bit noisy, food not the best. Service OK. The kids do love it and was well entertained by die play area staff.

Food was what we expected except that the sauce for the wings & ribs combo is an extra expense.
