NEVER AGAIN!!! Only been here for a few hours and it's absolutely horrific! No service at all! Waited to be seated. Finally got attended to, asked for 3 meals on the menu and the waitress says that those meals are not available! Had to ask what they can actually make for us. Now waiting for our food that's going to arrive at 10pm. WHO HAS SUPER AT 10PM? SHUT DOWN YOUR HOTEL IF YOU CANNOT ACCOMMODATE YOUR GUESTS!!!

It was a comfortable and pleasant experience. There was a matric farewell on Saturday night wich meant that the restaurant was not open. No notice was given to us. And the television in the room kept giving strange messages about an app that is starting.

My colleague and i are very displeased with the restaurant floor manager tonight. Not only are we waiting to be acknowledged for more than an hour but the manager insists on ignoring our attempts to get her attention just to place a meer order. Clearly we will be served our supper at ten o clock as we will have to wait another hour while it is being prepared. Manger should be trained on customer services etiquette and efficiency.

My preferred hotel in Empangeni and Richards Bay. I ask for a room with an odd number as even number rooms open to the car park. The rooms are clean and bathrooms generous.
