Good place for getting your everyday needs

The place stocks many of the various school uniforms of the schools in the districts and is therefore a great help to the parents. However, the place is too congested especially during the school run when parents are purchasing uniforms for their children. There are two floors in the shop but the tills are only on the ground floor, so customers have to shop upstairs and then go down a set of stairs to make the payment. There is no way that a customer with limited mobility can shop here because I do not think there is an elevator for this purpose. I had gone to look for a raincoat for my daughter and I was told they are not there by the first shop assistant I asked, but because I had walked in with prior knowledge I asked another assistant who pointed me in the right direction. The raincoats were stuffed in a clothes bin under school bags and uniforms and various other items that are sold in the store; and not hung to make searching easier. I had to dig for several minutes in order to search for the correct size; helping other parents in the process as they were not aware that there are raincoats in the store. The queue to pay was not as painful because most of the customers are cash customers. The situation would have been different if they were card-paying as the time delay would've been enormous.
