  Called the dealership to arrange a service for my vehicle. The service reception was on another call and I was promised they would call me back to arrange the service.
  3 days later and still waiting for a call back.
  So much for service

  Very welcoming dealership. You get complimentary coffee and on the WEEKEND clients get South Africa's favourite WORS in a roll! Service is exactly what one would anticipate, you get treated as if you own the place with staff trying to satisfy your every request.

  Great service from Emmanuel Mphatja in supplying me with the correct parts to service my Mercedes Auto gearbox. Emmanuel spent extra time showing me exploded diagrams to get just the right part and also asked a technician to advise me of certain areas to attend to. Result, smooth running C class with silky gearbox. Well done Mercedez Rosebank!

  I have spent three days trying to get an appointment and a quote. I am now going elsewhere. Mercedes your admin staff are dropping the ball. You also need to be a millionaire to pay your cell phone bill after being put on hold for hours
