  Not convinced with the response received with regards my cars brakes. Could not grasp why out of 4 brake pads 3 had not even shown any visible wear but the 4th was completely worn down to the metal costing skimming as well as replacing. Something should have happened for this which I cannot see as the norm. Other than that service is normally tops
