Fast service, great food and friendly staff. It is within a walking distance from the mall. It is clean and has self service kiosk which is good. It does have great promotions from time to time and many tables to accommodate people during rush hour. It also has a drive through which is great and their prices are quite fair

The manager of this place is good. Bought a burger the last time was there, and the lettuce they put in there was soggy,brownish and had wilted after a bite it tastes so bad so took it to the manager and he got a freshly made one and promised to do a follow up on what happened.

It is great place to hang out. But they should put signs on their doors to indicate whether one should pull or push. seen alot of people struggling a bit on entry or exit not knowing whether they should pull or push Or pushing the door while they should be pulling and it is quite embarrassing.

There's always something missing 😏. Smaller fries, orange juice that tastes like coloured water, no ketchup or serviettes. There's always 1 thing wrong.

The thought of McDonalds coming to Thohoyandou was so exciting. Till their service became something to be questioned..
Their drive through service tends to take longer than it should, at times a lot of us customers having to wait by their g lot till our order has been done.
other than that the in house service is fast an efficient. their staff is friendly and their facilities are clean and kept up to standard

1. I bought happy meals and it was served on brown papers.
2. Only 1 toy choice.
3. I asked for my table to be cleaned before my meal arrived and was given an attitude.
4. The meal took about 10 min to be ready.
5. The TV was switched to channel 0 and kept having to explain the nudity to my 6 year old.
