The staff members there hide keys to the toilet And you need to greet them first or buy something to get keys You even get forced to order while you are sitting while waiting for someone.

They could not control the queue to a point where there was bickering between the customers and the was no ice cream when I wanted ice cream so bad that evening. But the burgers and everything else was there and did not wait long at all for our order.

It's the nearest from where i work from, I normally prefer to go there for lunch during work hoping their service is gonna be quicker since there's a drive through, but I'd find that always I am instructed to go to parking lot and park the car while waiting for the order. Clearly they do not understand the whole concept of a drive through. That having to park the vehicle thing is what i am avoiding by driving through.

Friendly staff that make conversation so you dont really feel like you waited for your meal.
Food was hot on all occasions.

Toilet broken for over 3 months. Some section of seats demarcated and not used for about 3 months or more. That's poor management, you can't seat for long there with your family.

Very bad! I had to wait for my order for 30 minutes. The cashier who was serving was so confused. The queue was by the door when I left. The cashier kept sniffing.

The worst service ever!!! on Sat 20/5/17 at 21:01:12 I purchased 1 mc feast medium meal, 1 large mc feast, 1 medium big mac meal and 20 nuggets via the drive through! OF WHICH I PAID FOR IN FULL! I was give everything else expect my big mac burger and large fries! I called the store and Mduduzi gave me the contact number for the store manager Trevor who made endless promises to make sure I would get my missing items on the following day 21/5/17 which never happened. The bright spark store manager decided to buzz my cellphone yesterday and when I got back to him he flat out ignored me! If that is the service that soweto gives to their customers then it shall be known off! Utterly disgusted!!

The cashiers have disgusting attitude and they never listen to you . There was a mistake with my order because that woman did not listen to me !! When I tried to explain , she gave me a nasty attitude. I will never ever buy anything from MacDonalds . I am Customer and she should have atleast tried to help me out.
