Wow I mean wow because I enjoyed my meal the Original Chicken receipt and my order was what I wanted and waiting time wasn't bad considering how busy they are

I bought 15 pieces of chicken from your outlet on the 5th January 2016.
All those pieces were very dry, difficult to chew, the salt content was far more than the recommended limit one would assume, the smell was that of meat that was not kept under the correct cold chain conditions, and lastly, the colour was not that of a normal golden brown that one would expect from fried chicken.
What I find to be more disturbing is that it is not happening for the first time.
