Service wasn't desirable. I ordered a latte and wasn't even asked what kind of sugar I wanted she just gave me white sugar. I wasn't given straws for my drinks and the salt packets are empty the attitude was much to be desired shame

Service is very very slow. Poor customer service , wonder if management even reads these reviews. One out of every 35 customers is almost happy. The rest all complain!!!! Why is something not done about this. Seems the same as government service, slow and no quality

Waited nearly 20 minutes to get to the speaker! Only 4 cars in front of me. Then when I order ice-creams, lady says no ice-cream. I asked why they didn't put a notice up? I don't get an answer! Lady didn't apologise, nothing! Then I had yo eait another 10 minutes to get out the que!

This place sucks! The 1st time I ordered 2 small pops and small chips, and waited 2.5 hours for it. 2nd time I tried the drive through, the didn't have buns or chicken??? It's supposed to be a KFC. Now I'm reluctantly trying to ordered in, the phone just rings and I've been trying since 5pm. This is a despicable representation of the franchise. They have only been open for a couple of months, and already customers service means nothing to the staff. If I could select zero stars, I would. What a disappoint. The manager there is useless.

Apparently their trays have been stolen so we had to sit at the tables and eat as if we ordered take aways.. however the food was tasty.
