Quick access into Addo Park
One of the entrances to the Addo Elephant Park. A fantastic way to spend a day. Just 40 minutes from PE and you are in a big 5 game reserve.
Pretty good gate, couple vending machines but weren't stocked due to busy period, shops are 5min away
Nice place quiet and clean. Bathroom soho
Very beautiful, gets busy during the holiday season but worth the visit
Mathyolweni means, "in the bush" in Xhosa language.
Easiest and quickest way to enter Addo Elephant park from port elizabeth, and also offers accommodation. No cell phone reception at the gate but as soon as you reach thevtop of the hill there is.
It was the most awesome experience first time as a guide in the Addo game park, Mathyolweni lodge was out of this world
Addo our game park we visit often .so lucky only 1 hour drive from a1 kynaston .in house tour guide uses mayhyolwemi gate .quick and easy off N2
The entrance to one of the best game parks in South Africa. Affordable and always something special to see.
Soda was spilled on the floor in front of the front/reception desk, no one seemed to be in any hurry to clean up the sticky business, nor warn any visitors of the spill. Not quite what you expect from people who would appreciate their job.
Road to get here is much better.
Quick, efficient, friendly staff. Also, really easy to access from N2 at Sundays River / Colchester.
It's near enough to Port Elizabeth in case you need to make a quick trip to the city.
Super quick service for entry into the park.
