Heartfelt Alzheimer's Home is close to heaven, it is an Eden on earth for people needing memory care. And the owners with their personal loving touch, as well as the nurses, facilitators, staff and carers - are all like angels dedicating their life ánd love to residents of this eden. Seeing is believing - that is all I can say. My parents are not even aware that they are in a care home at Heartfelt - they think they are on some sort of a resort for elderly people.
