Really nice relaxing atmosphere, I can sit out side or lay on the bed in the room and look at that sea view for hours

Nice but no TV in bedroom and room quite noisy backing onto driveway where all the cars park. Lovely hosts though n nice breakfast.

Tranquil, beautiful manor house by the sea with lush green gardens. Panoramic views of Flase bay and a very well run establishment. Just perfect!
