My experience was not the best, I was actually a little disappointing. I booked a couples massage and we got told to move from hut to hut, no one seamed to know what they were doing ! when we finally got into the hut we were having our massage there was another couple on the other side who walked in while we were getting undresses from our robes . Privacy Is very important and I don't feel we were give much of it . I must say I prefer the mangwanani at Elangeni.

We had to look for the place and then found a lady sitting on a trash can that didnt even greet us, she said "come" when asked where it was. The treatments were great but the food was horrible. You feel like you are a great inconvenience to them.

A nice experience with good food. Therapists need some training. They yawn during treatments which is a big put off.

I have been going to Mangwanani Spa for 5 years and usually love the experience. Yesterday however was disappointing!
The spa was so over crowded it felt more like being ushered around a busy shopping mall. The therapists spoke to each other constantly - surely one goes to a spa for quiet and relaxation. It was very difficult to do either with so many people and noise.
The ladies bathrooms were terrible. They need a good clean and fresh paint. They smelt, the taps were broken, one basin covered up and not working Andy the doors don’t lock.
The whole experience is not what it used to be.
Just a really disappointing experience at a place I used to love going to.

Amazing experience. The service was impeccable. Food was good. I especially enjoyed the full body and foot massage. The atmosphere was of peace and tranquility. A good variety of packages available. Packages available for couples. Convenient locations. Staff was well dressed. Staff was friendly. The dance they give was fun to watch, very entertaining. Enthusiasm was contagious. Robes and slippers provided. They also give a choice of oils that you can pick from. Or you may choose not to have oils used.

Mangwanani ensures you have a relaxing and pleasant time. You have to pre-book as they are often very busy. They offer a full day spa, half day spa or moonlight night spa.

Booked a full day spa at the Sibaya branch. Facilities are rundown and not of the calibre expected. Lockers are broken and showers in certain treatment areas are not working well. Some treatments are repeated, eg exfoliation during hand and foot massages and then again during full body exfoliation treatment.
Therapists are good, however and most of them are able to ensure that you are relaxed during the session.
Meals are good and service in the restaurant is swift.
Entertainment during the meals is good and the touch of wishing people for birthdays and anniversaries is great.

What an experience! I can say that now because my body has fully recovered! I'd definitely recommend the 5-star treatments, meals and opportunities for relaxation. Full day treatment was just what I needed. Btw, 'Mangwanani' is Shona for 'Good Morning'
