Had our 4th massage at 5 Star and will wiil not return. Our first two experiences were very good however the last two were most disappointing. The therapists kept talking and laughing between themselves. (There are signs up everywhere to remain silent!!). Their message was pathetic and we left feeling sore.

I booked the massage special which I was told would be 350 per person if you book for 2 or more people for a 90 minute massage , it was sore and unpleasant. As I was paying I get told it's 800 because I'm paying with card which the receptionist failed to tell me the special only applies with cash, she still continues to shout at me telling me she had told me it was cash and she knows she told me!! Never again

Massage is great but the therapists spoke to each other a lot during the couples massage which was a bit irritating. The massage therapists also had rough hands and didn't seem to want to be there.

The service from the receptionist is shocking ! She obviously cannot understand English properly and cannot get bookings right- I was most disappointed in her conduct in dealing with her error she just said she couldn't accommodate us and "ah shame" . the massages are amazing and the Thai ladies are the absolute best ! But I probably won't be back until they sort out their pathetic excuse for a receptionist ! PLEASE HIRE SOMEONE WHO UNDERSTANDS ENGLISH.
