Lots of shops, people very friendly. Lots of parking space. The Manager at the Cappuccinos was awesome in correcting an order making the experience something to remember. We will definitely go back.

Such an amazing experience, the sales person there Ian went out of his way to help us and did everything to get us a item that was not readily available as it is no longer being brought into the country. A big thank you to Baby City but to Ian who was fantastic, being a first time mom is hard enough but he was helpful and informative especially in buying something the baby needs to be safe and secure in. will be back to support baby city and the team there.

The mall really has grown in the last couple of years. An abundance of shops to choose from and clean as well. The escalators sometimes aren't working but that doesn't stop anyone from roaming in it. And the shopping hours really are convenient.

This Mall has really grown over recent years to become a awesome little place to shop. One thing I love about it is that it has so much variety on terms of giving you different shopping options. You can find unusual shops that the bigger malls are all missing out on. I like to shop, yes to get things I need But I also love to shop for the Experience of it all and that's what makes Carnival so much fun. Still enjoy it's Mugg and Bean as the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Great stores! Convenient shopping and plenty of parking space! With Wi- jump recently added, this mall is turning into a fun house as well. There are plans to bring in virgin active, that's an added bonus! Overall great mall in the East Rand which is easily accessible from N17.

Large Mall with wide passages to make it easy to navigate the mall. A wide variety of stores to choose from, from inexpensive to more expensive shops. They have movies which is a plus and plenty of eateries to choose from. Plenty of free parking is a bonus.

Quite compact with all the big and small stores you'll need. It's easy to manoeuvre around the shops and are close to each other. Parking is free, outside and basement

For some or other reason this is only a problem for me at Mall@ Carnival, it seems like all the smokers go the Mall@Carnival. NO matter what entrance you use, there will be smokers standing by die door. Even if you enter my Maxis with a NO SMOKING sign by the kids play area, there will be people smoking.

So if you do not like the awful smell of smoke up your nostrils right before you are going for lunch or you don't want to expose your 5 month old baby to smoke - do not go to Mall @Carnival

Close to the N17 Highway. Has all the major shops you need. Unfortunately you have to pass a tollgate if you are coming from the East to gain access. For this reason alone the new Springs Mall could be a better option.

Very convenient for shopping. Ignore the entitled whites you may come across in the parking bays, accusing you of stealing 'their' parking spaces or purposely scratching their cars with your car door which you were trying to open or not giving them the right of way in a crowded shopping aisle they are in the minority. Other than this most shops offer excellent service.

Its nicely situated, it has movies which attracts people. Ample parking, there are a lot of major retailers in the centre. The only problem I have is there should be an onramp just after getting off the highway which would make it easier to access

Easy friendly accessible navigation around the mall. Big enough to have all needed but cosy and inviting enough to not be exhausting.
I dislike walking around forever and not find what I'm looking for.

Normal shopping mall. Not air conditioned but doesn't get stuffy. Just hot.
