Check the goods put into your trollies. Unfortunately you do get shrewd and shady people working here.
Ample parking, some unhelpful staff but majority do help beyond expectation. Can be crowded like most bulk shops get.response / report this review -

Massive store with anything and everything you may need. There are many specials (buy 3 for R100 etc.) and also very competitively priced. Many different areas/sections (electronics, food, children's toys, sport, garden, clothing, alcoholic beverages) that you can go through and find what you are looking for.
Above all the shopping, there is a Wiesenhof coffee shop situated inside the store where you can enjoy something to eat and drink.
Really enjoyable store that suits all a customer may need. Highly recommended: Five stars.response / report this review -

Security check point always a problem. Why not move to door. away from tills as no space to queue between tills and door. People at tills near door push in front of others waiting in queue to be checked. Love store.

If you want to buy in bulk cheaply this store is for you there's nothing like it, it have a lot of offering they sell everything from groceries, appliances, furniture, sport gear, clothes you name them, they sell affordable high quality.

The reason for my negative review is that you need a special shoppers card to buy from them. They sometimes have great specials, but if you do not have your card with you it is a real hassle filling out forms and just trying to get to the checkout is a mission.

Well placed Makro in the Vaal. Staff a bit clueless, but we won't hold it against them for too long. Que system not working at all as it makes navigating to payment points very long and arduous and creates bottlenecks in the front aisle. Large selection of top quality goods, but do your homework beforehand as mentioned, the staff are clueless especially on anything technological. Coffee house with fresh brewed coffee and worsroll stand compliment the outing. Large parking area to accommodate a lot of shoppers.
