  My mother was looking for a pair of boots and was directed to woolworths mall of the south only to find they were not on the floor yet. She was assisted by a lady named Florence at ladies shoes department who took my mother's number and told her that she will try and find the shoes for her. On Friday 23 March 2018 a month later and after contact communication with my mom she sent a message to say she has found a pair for her at the store only for my mom to go there and find that it was her day off but had left them with her collegues. We just like to say thank you to Florence for the attention and excellent customer service and for woolworths to know that they have good employees at their shops.
