Clean and neat. Large variety. Clothes over priced. Long queues. Great specials.

Got amazing service here. From the consultant in-store as well as the customer care counter. These guys truly pride themselves on customer service and satisfaction. Well done Makro ☺

Been there last week. Witnessed a robbery around the corner where u parked. Gentleman in shock. A bit scared to park there now,as no security was around when this happened. Please beef up your security and get a decent company. Your customers come first.

We have visited this store quite a few times in the last 9 years. A really nicely laid out store, friendly and helpful staff. We have never been disappointed after visiting this store. As good as the best available anywhere in SA. Lots of parking and located close the an access to the main highway. Also lots of shopping next door.

One of the best stores around. Very large, well laid out and planned.

Staff are friendly and knowledgable. Always willing to help.

Good place to do both bulk or small shopping and ranges run from outdoors to electronic, liquids to fresh food.

Best part is having a dedicated bottle store right next door that's also amazing in size and prices.

Just don't forget your Makro card to make a purchase.

Wish they would play more soothing music instead of rap whilst shopping!!!

Prices can be a little extreme considering other stores. It pays to shop around at times for better prices.

Mskro is popular for promotions. This place has a wide variety of house hold items from groceries, electronics, crockery, appliances, outdoor and even trailers. One stop shopping.

Try as you wish - never get hold of someone - let alone someone phone you back after promises of doing so! Port Elizabeth the worst of all!

I sent Makro a complaint email regarding a faulty product which is still under guarantee. Makro blatantly ignored my email and after 2 weeks I am still waiting for a reply. Due to me not living in South Africa, it is impossible for me to bring the product to the shop.

Clearly Makro only caters for South African customers and does not even try maintain a good relationship with dissatisfied, foreign shoppers.

I purchased this travel trolley set and unfortunately the so-called "durable" larger bag has broken in multiple places (refer to photos). Two of the wheels are totally broken and the inside clip has snapped.

I hope that Makro makes an effort to rectify this error.

I love this Makro. They have a coffee shop and a hotdog stand on site, so you can grab either after shopping.

Part of the Walmart Group. Sells mostly bulk items. Well priced, but lacking in terms of technical knowledge on specialty item such as camera lenses, etc.

Hate that security check at the door. Its as if they think everybody is a thief. I prefer to shop where i feel trusted.
