A large selection of home items. Perfect for any DIY project. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful.

All that i can say is that its convenient cos theres such a lot of products that u actually dont hve to wonder if its kept there and the service if u need help - i asked anyone and if that assistance are not capable they'll take me to the next one for assistance.i had no problem whatsoever with there staff yet.

Anything you need you can get at builders warehouse. Everything under one roof. Love to do my shopping there.

Was 3* now 1* useless place if you are a contractor, for average person you might find something out of thousands of items that you hardly use and over priced. In general they lack knowledge and completely useless to offer advice. Edit 2018 Jan. Store gets worse, they continue to have extremely slow service, employees just chat to each other while people are waiting in queues. Collections at the back are beyond slow. They still continue to have no stock, who ever does the stock orders is completely incompetent. I would give this builders ZERO star if I could.

Big DIY store, from normal to can't in all equipment, from bathroom fittings to light fixtures, from screws and spanners to power tools. They have a gardening section and a paint section too. Good wood inventory and they can cut to size. Decent prices, very friendly and helpful staff that is also knowledgeable. Recommended.

The staff was attentive and knew exactly where things were. Quick service. Some small items may be overpriced but overall good experience. Well stocked with good variety.

Its a good Builders, but there is always a 10min+ wait at the tills. 20 tills, but only max 3 open at any given time?

Asked for 10 metres of 40 mm pvc piping. It was like no one wanted to assist me! Useless. BAD service poor advice.

The experience here is very up and down but when it is good its very good. Desperately need to work on getting back to customers on quotations etc. Right now its like literally showing money away.
