This one of the best hotels in Limpopo around Polokwane. We once had a conference at this hotel. They offer great nice meals on time. Their rooms are the best of the best with proper air-condition system. They have services such as Free Parking, the out door swimming pool,free external telecommunication and laundry service. I also like the fact that this hotel acknowledge and respect the local culture and tradition.
If it was not for the lack of fridges in their rooms, I was going to give them 5 stars rating.

Rooms are okay. Bathrooms are horrific. Breakfast is edible. Would give it a skip. Update - Caroline did change my room after some protest. The staff service good however the hotel itself needs some serious upgrade,especially the bathrooms. Definitely not worth the 3 stars or the accolades presented on the walls in the reception area.

I enjoyed my stay here. Definitely worth a night. The views are breathtaking. If booking in isn't an option, grab a coffee on the balcony overlooking the kloof. It is also an interesting historical site.

The room was huge. But the view was out of this world. No air-conditioning in room i booked. But it was not needed. The under carpet heater maid the room feel warm. The restaurant did not disappoint as well. I loved it and would go back anytime

Location, location, Location!! It's so Beautifully situated just not well maintained. It's neat but it needs updating. I spotted a chair in the dining hall with a cigar size burn through it. If I was the dining experience manager I would have removed that chair by now. They have a good spa, the lady was really great. The Food was sadly ok. The coleslaw was so flat and yucky. The Blueberry muffins though were Delicious. They could have so many more clients if they just loved their property more. They have a lovely trail to a waterfall that had sadly not been trimmed and taken care of. So book you Will be blown away by the views and they have a good bar.

The Gardens, the View of the Valley, the monkeys, the waterfall, the dense forest, the swimming pool, the Tlou restaurant, the bar, the coffee shop and the staff. Everything is just excellent, from the smile of the receptionists and the waiter Joel, not forgetting the delicious food and the chefs who come and interact with the visitors. Thumbs Up!

I stayed at the Magoebaskloof Hotel for three nights and to no surprise the hotel didn't disappoint. Overall the running of the hotel was smooth and staff members friendly. The views from the dining area are to say the least breathtaking (except of course on a misty day) and the gardens around the hotel were well maintained. It offers not only a great place to stay but there are also a number of walks and trails of intermediate difficulty for more seasoned hikers. The food at the Magoebaskloof Hotel was good but some meals were not masterclass and I am afraid that some more fussy guests might try to pick holes at this. Room service was certainly up to standard and for that I will certainly give them a 10 out of 10. I was however disappointing to see that the view off my balcony looked down onto a ghastly concrete structure and for that I am sorry. Overall I was impressed with the hotel and I really had to pick out the few floors that I could find. Keep up the good work Magoebaskloof Hotel!

Scenic, restful setting in nature. Close to top natural attractions like Bourkes Luck Potholes, Pilgrims Rest historical town and the majestic Blyde River Canyon. Adventure activities nearby, forests, trails and outdoor fun.

Historical hotel with beautiful views of the valley. We stayed in the newer rooms which was luxurious but lacked the unspoilt view. Buffet breakfast is pretty standard.
Highlight is the spring fair end September with authentic arts and crafts for sale.
