I would give this place no stars at all. Terrible customer service. The lady sitting behind the counter, supposedly assisting customers was very rude and aloof. I needed to have a one page document very urgently printed, My gmail account wouldn't let me login on their PC, it kept saying that I was logging in from an unknown location/device. I asked for assistance, that woman showed no inclination to assist me, I asked if I could perhaps email it from my phone to one of them, a store email address perhaps from which they could then print the document for me, she would not even listen to what I had to say. I asked to speak to the manager who was as unhelpful and aloof. I wonder if the owner knows how they treat customers in this store. I will certainly never go back there.
