The worst service ever. Client service people behind a desk with cellphones apparently busy with social networking. My 2-3 days waiting for a Macbook has turned into a week. If I call to get info I never get a call back. Seriously, I cannot believe service like this

I have ordered an A5 at the end of December and I still haven't received it nor have I heard anything to say why is it taking so long. I phone in and I get told that it hasn't arrived yet we still waiting for them to deliver it. But it's ridiculous that I have to wait a month and still no phone has been ordered.
